Hook, Wine & Sinker lives on a quiet tidal creek with a private dock out back — kayaks included, crabbing lines optional. It's the biggest of the four homes, built for a family gathering that has outgrown the usual rental.

Inside, five bedrooms spread across two floors, a proper wine fridge (hence the name), a hot tub on the back deck, and a living room large enough for everyone to be in the same room without anyone feeling on top of each other.
